Referee Mentor Feedback Report
Each spring, kids in PAL T-shirts can be seen playing CYSA youth soccer on fields throughout San Francisco. With the help of 230 volunteer coaches, we are currently engaging over 2,000 kids in our soccer program. PAL is a part of Cal North – District 1. There are four leagues in District 1 that are part of Cal North and available to youth in the San Francisco area:
- SFPAL – Hosts playing league in the spring.
- Vikings Youth Soccer – Hosts playing league in fall.
- Mission Youth Soccer – Hosts playing league in summer.
Rained Out?
Please check the SFRPD website to see if the fields are open or closed.
REMEMBER turf fields play rain or shine unless it’s extreme weather conditions (lightning.) If there is a lightning flash during game play, the game should be suspended for 10 minutes. If within those 10 minutes there is a second flash of lightning, the game will be called off. If there isn’t another flash of lightning within the 10 minutes, the game will continue with the halves shortened.
