Jiu-jitsu is a physical contact sport that includes techniques such as throws and joint locks. Under the guidance of the instructor, participants will have the opportunity to progress through belt levels as they build skill, confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport.
Please purchase a blue Jiu-jitsu gi for class.
