(Officer Radetich was killed in the line of duty in 1970) She graduated from the FBI Citizen’s Academy, class #15, in2015, which culminated in a trip to Quantico Virginia. In addition to serving on the PAL Board, Jo-Ellen volunteers at a shelter for human trafficking victims, here in the Bay Area.
