Despite a cloudy start and a light drizzle, the annual SFPAL Kids’ Games event in partnership with San Francisco Rec and Park at Kezar Stadium once again proved to be an unforgettable day for our community. As the morning progressed, the clouds gave way, and the sun later made a welcome appearance, setting the stage for a day filled with energy, excitement, and celebration.

The stadium was alive with smiles, laughter, and cheers as hundreds of young participants took to the track, supported by an incredible network of volunteers and community leaders. We were proud to have the support and presence of SFPD recruits, the Chief and Command Staff, the SFPD ALERT team, and our dedicated PAL Cadets, all of whom played a vital role in creating a safe and uplifting environment for our youth.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the Police Credit Union team, Target volunteers, and our committed board members whose time, effort, and enthusiasm helped make the event another great success. Their behind-the-scenes support ensured that every detail—from check-in to the finish line—ran smoothly.

Most importantly, we extend our sincere gratitude to our many sponsors. Your generosity and continued partnership make it possible for us to provide meaningful, memorable experiences like the Kids’ Games for the youth and families we serve.

We are grateful to everyone who came together to make this day so special and look forward to continuing to build strong, positive connections through events like these. You can find our event pictures here.
