Download the registration packet, which contains all the forms you need for registration, and bring the completed forms and required documents with you to registration. You will also need to review the football handbook for important information about the PAL Seahawks program, program rules, equipment requirements, league championships, and travel costs.

Sign up for free football conditioning clinic. This is a great chance to get in shape and develop some kids, whether or not your child intends to register for football!
If your child would like to participate, please fill out the PAL liability waiver and bring it with you to practice.
About our Program
Led by 30 volunteer civilian coaches, many of whom are former players themselves, SFPAL/Seahawks football serves 140 youngsters from Western Addition and all over the city.
