We will be playing the Vallejo Raiders. Please arrive 2 hours before game time. Please be advised that there was a last minute change by the GGGC Conference to add a Tiny Mite game to our schedule.

Download the registration packet, which contains all the forms you need for registration, and bring the completed forms and required documents with you to registration. You will also need to review the cheer and dance handbook for important information about the PAL Seahawks program, program rules, equipment requirements, league championships, and travel costs.

SFPAL Cheer is a rigorous athletic activity that involves dance, gymnastics, conditioning, and strength training. More than 60 girls and boys participate on four cheerleading/dance teams, thanks to the guidance of 20 volunteer coaches.
Over the past eight years, SFPAL Dance has earned seven first-place titles at the Pop Warner National Championship held annually in Orlando, Florida.
