If you are a team already registered with Mission or Vikings league, the following is information you will need to know to register your team as a guest team in SFPAL’s spring league (each item is listed chronologically). If you are an SFPAL team please go to SFPAL Teams Spring League Registration page.

Volunteers Wanted! Please help us and we'll help you!
If you volunteer with SFPAL in the spring you'll be helping out with painting lines, setting up/breaking down goals or office work. In return we'll give you special privileges that can include, time of games, bye date request and registration priority for next year! We really appreciate your help and hope that you will consider being a volunteer. If you're interested email Joanna.

IMPORTANT!! All or Nothing Clause:
By making a registration appointment, you understand that if for any reason, your registration is incomplete (missing signatures, waivers, no livescan results for coaches, required minimum, ...etc.); your paperwork will be returned to you and you will be asked to make another appointment to bring in your registration corrected and completed. You also understand that if your registration is incomplete, you will be placed on a waitlist if your division is full.

IMPORTANT RULE!: 2.70 Two Coach Roster
Each roster must have at least two current, registered and licensed coaches.
Coaches must have successfully passed a criminal background (Results must be in our office) check from SFPAL. Any other adult who wishes to be placed on the roster, not in a coaching position (i.e. manager) must have also passed a criminal background check from SFPAL.

PLEASE NOTE: SFPAL does NOT accept whole U-7 teams. If you have U-7's on your team, you MUST have 50% or more U-8's on that team.
