Mission
or Viking Teams Spring League
If
you are a team already registered with Mission or Vikings
league, the following is information you will need to know
to register your team as a guest team in SFPAL’s spring
league (each item is listed chronologically). If you are an SFPAL team please go to SFPAL Teams Spring League Registration page.
December – Ongoing:
January 25, 2008 from 9am to 2pm & January 28, 2008 from 11am to 2pm:
- Call (415) 401-4668 to make a registration appointment
- Appointments will be from Feb. 4 – 7, 2008 & Feb. 11 – 13, 2008
- Each caller may only make an appointment for 2 teams per call
- Appointment availablity is first come first served and there is limited space available. It is in your best interest to call as soon as possible on these two days.
- Do not call the main office line at any time to make appointments
Ongoing - 24 hours before your appointment time:
February 4, 2008 – February 13, 2008: - Be on time and prepared for your appointment
- If you need to change your appointment time or if you are going to be late to you appointment please call to let us know (415) 401-4666
Once you’ve made your appointment
below is a checklist of all the items you will need to bring:
- Goldenrod
Roster – This roster (goldenrod colored paper) is
given out by your home league
- Player
& Coach Passes – These passes are given out
by your home league
If a player or coach decides not to participate with your
team in the spring and is not officially dropped off of
your roster, we will need to keep their pass.
- Two
Coaches on the Roster - Each team must have two coaches
with at least an F license on the official roster and
have passed a criminal background check.
- Coach/Volunteer Adult Information Form – Each adult must have
one of these forms filled out and signed.
- Waiver of Liability– Each player that is participating
in the Spring playing league must have one of these filled
out and signed in both places.
- Code of Conduct– Each parent/guardian must read this
form.
- Bye Request/Team Strength Form - We CANNOT guarantee any
bye date requests, as scheduling permits we will do our
best to include your request. Please note, you are expected
to play every game that your team is scheduled—requesting
a bye date does not excuse you from play if we cannot
accommodate your request.
- Payment
- One check totaling the amount for each player in your
age division (please see the chart below). If your parents
would like to make a donation, please have them submit a
separate check with “Donation” written in the
memo portion

Although we permit paid coach/programs to participate our fundraising efforts must support underserved youth. Please call our office if you have any questions about this policy.
